Peak Crossing State School is located on the scenic Ipswich Boonah Road between Yamato and Boonah. The school derives its name from Flinders Peak, the largest land form east of the school, and the road crossing at Purga Creek where the school is located.
Since 1871, the school has serviced many generations of students in the beautiful Scenic Rim and have instilled in them; that every student will always strive to improve, make their better best and achieve success through diligence.
We currently have 7 multi-age classrooms from Prep to year 6 and 3 specialist classrooms for health/HPE, languages and science.
