Student Wellbeing

Peak Crossing State School strives to create a healthy, happy and engaging environment.  

Wellbeing is the way you respond to your feelings, how you handle things that happen and how you feel about yourself. 


Here are some ideas for making sure you are looking after your wellbeing.

• Keeping fit.
• Staying healthy.
• Contacting others e.g. phone calls.
• Taking 'brain breaks' during your learning.
• Taking time to relax.​
